Ardenum connects, analyses your historical emails, and disconnects afterwards. Nothing stays connected. Live operation: read and send. Once you’re operationally live, Ardenum reads incoming tenant requests and sends, depending on the procedures you’ve activated, replies, vendor orders, and status updates from your mailbox in your name. You decide which procedures run, and you can disconnect the mailbox any time.
No integration project required to start. Ardenum runs on your email from day one. For each procedure you activate, Ardenum asks only for the data that procedure needs, no blanket master-data import. For the finance engine, Ardenum writes finished journal entries in your ERP’s import format (DATEV, Abacus, CAMT.053, ISO 20022). Your ERP stays the system of record for your portfolio.
Yes. You’re in control at all times. Every procedure has explicit approvals that require your decision: cost-relevant steps like vendor dispatch or cost allocation only execute after an explicit confirmation. Outside those approvals, your team can pause a procedure, override any classification, or finish a case manually. The only thing Ardenum can’t undo is an email that’s already been sent. Everything else is reversible. Every intervention is in the audit log, and the audit log is yours.
Ardenum never makes decisions on your behalf. When the system isn’t fully sure what an email is asking for, it flags the case and hands it to your team. Your team decides, Ardenum executes.
No, and you wouldn’t want to. Designing procedures is Ardenum’s job. Every correction, edge case, and new pattern flows into the same curated library.
